2g scam beats up by coal mining scam

We had come to know that new coal mining scam beats the 2G scam. The income loss estimated as 1.86 lakh crores.
India is not a poor country. But the money fully covered by millionaires. Poor peoples till not grow for their basic needs. Millionaires just think one moment, with this huge amount of money what will they do..? Pls allow to poor and middle class families to live in India.
